The Museum of Florida History, in Tallahassee, is "the" official Florida history museum. From 1 May to 5 August of this year they are featuring a display focusing on the maritime and naval history of the Civil War in Florida, in commemoration of the Sesquicentennial of the CW. I have not had the opportunity to see this exhibit, but if I can make my way over to Tallahassee this summer to check it out, I will definitely put together a post on this blog.
